- Free music workshops complete with instruction in choir decorum, dynamics, and choreography are offered to community youth.
- The choir's male mentoring program for ages 13 – 17 has a "boys-to-men" emphasis.
- Free workshops in life management skills and social development are offered to community youths.
- Workshops such as "Dealing with Troubled Teens" and "Understanding the Juvenile Justice System" are offered to parent.

- Parents, supporters, and non-participating youth are invited to visit any rehearsal, choir activity, or concert.
